City infrastructure such as water and sewer facilities, and flood control channels are the solid skeletal structure upon which a great community is built. As the City grows and ages, so does the need for replacement and rehabilitation of its infrastructure. Creating a plan for tracking and reinvestment will assist City management in prioritizing the allocation of infrastructure funding and ensure maximum useful life and quality of service.
